We woke to the fantastic news yesterday morning that our Benni (Aust Sup Ch. Armahani Heliodorr Hulivili (AI) ET) will grace the cover of the Lappalaiskoirat ry's 2021 Calendar.
The Lappalaiskoirat ry is Finland's Lappish Breeds (Finnish Lapphund, Swedish Lapphund and Lapponian Herder) Breed Club. So it is an amazing honour for an Australian dog to be on the cover of the 'mother country's' calendar.
This photo was taken by Geelong-based pet photographer Megan O'Hehir, during the Stylelab Photography Workshop, at Bridestowe Lavender Farm. It was pouring with rain during the session, but I think that has added to charm of the photos.
I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of the calendar. No guesses what everyone is getting for Christmas this year!
